Diaphragm filter press operating instructions:

One,

1, open the emergency stop switch

2. Press the power indicator button and wait for the text display to display the text. The text appears, indicating that the power has been turned on.

Second, manual operation

1. Turn the transfer switch to the manual position, and the display shows various operation function character prompts. According to the prompt, the oil pump starts to “F0”, press “F0”, that is, the oil pump starts (Note: the oil pump starts to press the compression plate).

2. Four operation functions are displayed in the text display:

             (a) compaction (F0),

             (b) Relaxation (F1),

             (c) pull the plate into (F2),

             (d) Pull back (F3).

Note: The pull plate trolley should be in the bright position of the origin signal.

Third, semi-automatic operation

1. Turn the transfer switch to the semi-automatic position.

2. Three operation functions are displayed in the text display:

                (a) compaction (F0),

                (b) Relaxation (F2),

                   (c) Pull plate (F3).

Note: The compression plate and the pull plate car should be in the bright position of the origin signal.

Fourth, automatic operation

1. Turn the transfer switch to the automatic position

2. Press Auto Start and the filter press will run according to the program.
