But it is not that the frame filter press is not as easy to use as the chamber filter press. In fact, the performance of the plate and frame filter press also has its advantages. Since the plate and frame filter press has a plate-and-frame filter plate, the plate frame filter press is lighter when used, and is easy to move and replace. Its biggest extra advantage is that it filters faster and saves more space for filter cake. Compared with each solid filter plate of the box filter press, the filter cloth on the plate and frame filter press filter plate can better form a uniform pressure difference,  and the filter cloth can maximize contact with the mixed liquid, ensuring effective The filtration area .  the sufficient space on both sides of the filter cloth make the filter cake and the filtered liquid have sufficient space to form a continuous effective pressure difference. This provides the efficiency of the plate and frame filter press.
