The membrane filter press has high performance and strong processing capacity per unit area. It is widely used in the production process and has significant effects in many aspects. It is the first choice for customers in fine chemicals and other industries.
When the equipment is in use, it reduces the moisture content and reduces drying energy consumption. The mud cake falls off easily, improving production capacity. The feeding pressure is large and the mud cake is easy to form.
1). Washing of the filter cake; use pure water to wash the acid and alkali in the material to neutrality;
2) Cleaning of the filter cloth: You can simply rinse it with a car wash water gun, or remove it and wash it in an industrial washing machine;

2). When unloading slag, rinse the filter cloth and plate and frame as needed to ensure that there is no debris on the sealing surface.
3). When the machine is out of service for a long time, it should be stored in a ventilated and dry room. The hydraulic system should be filled with oil, and other exposed processing surfaces should be coated with anti-rust oil. Storage should be placed in a sheltered place with non-corrosive media where the relative temperature is less than 80% and the temperature is -15-40°C.
4). The filter plate and filter frame must not come into contact with oil, acid, alkali or other substances that are harmful to the plate and frame. They should be kept away from heat sources and away from the sun and rain.
5). When starting the oil pump in winter, the hydraulic oil should be heated as needed. It can only be put into use when the oil temperature rises above 15°C. Low pour point hydraulic oil should be used in alpine and cold areas.
6). After using the machine for one month, the oil tank, oil circuit, oil cylinder, etc. should be cleaned and replaced with qualified new oil. After that, it should be replaced and cleaned every six months.
7). It is strictly prohibited to adjust the equipment during working conditions. It is strictly prohibited to start the machine if the pressure gauge is damaged or no pressure gauge is installed.
8). During operation, the filter pressure, compression pressure, and material liquid temperature are not allowed to exceed the specified values. It is strictly prohibited to start the machine when the frame or compression plate is missing or is greater than the piston stroke.
