Some tips on diaphragm filter presses

　　First, the filtration mode of diaphragm filter press: the filtrate outflow is divided into open-flow filtration and dark-flow filtration.

　　Second, the washing mode of diaphragm filter press: when the filter cake needs to be washed, there are one-way washing and two-way washing, dark flow one-way washing and two-way washing.

　　1、Concealed flow unidirectional washing: the washing liquid enters the perforated plate from the washing liquid inlet hole of the thrust plate in turn, wears the filter cloth and then passes through the filter cake, and flows out from the non-perforated filter plate.

　　2、Open flow bidirectional washing: the washing liquid from the thrust plate above the two sides of the washing liquid into the holes in two successive washing, that is, the washing liquid first from one side of the washing and then from the other side of the washing liquid, washing liquid with the exit of the import is diagonal direction, so it is also called bidirectional cross-washing.

　　3、Open flow unidirectional washing: the washing liquid enters from the washing liquid inlet hole of the thrust plate in turn, goes through the filter cloth and then through the filter cake, and flows out from the non-porous filter plate, at this time, the outlet nozzle of the perforated plate is in the closed state, and the outlet nozzle of the non-perforated plate is in the open state.

　　4、Concealed flow bidirectional washing: the washing liquid is washed twice successively from the two washing liquid inlet holes on both sides above the stop plate, i.e., the washing liquid is washed from one side first and then from the other side, and the outlet of the washing liquid is diagonal, so it is also known as concealed flow bidirectional cross-washing.
