In this way, the filtrate from the distribution pipe of the filter plate is divided into the filter chamber composed of a filter plate and a plate frame. In fact, it flows into the plate frame wrapped by two filter cloths and contacts the filter cloth. Under the strong pressure, the filtrate will pass through the filter cloth, and the filter cloth can only allow the liquid to pass through, while the solid is intercepted and stored in the filter chamber.

Finally, when the liquid passes through the filter cloth, the solid is intercepted. The chamber filter press is used as a solid-liquid separation device. At this time, the filtrate becomes clear and clean. Then, through the collection of the outlet pipes under the filter plate, the water from different outlet channels is collected together and flows to the drain valve of a single filter plate and discharged from the equipment.

Correct operation method can ensure the working efficiency of the filter press

In order to make the function of the chamber filter press work, the staff needs to understand the performance of the chamber filter press and the factors affecting the working efficiency. The correct operation method not only helps to improve the working efficiency, but also prolongs the service life of the chamber filter press, which can be said to be the best of both worlds.

First debug the chamber filter press. After debugging is normal, you can add materials to work. The mechanical pressing transmission parts and the reducer parts of the chamber filter press must be coated with sufficient lubricating oil because they are often worn. In addition, the hydraulic oil of the chamber filter press must be replaced once a year. When replacing, the hydraulic system must be fully cleaned. The pressure of the hydraulic system should be smaller than the maximum working pressure, but not smaller than the minimum value of the filtration pressure. Too small will cause leakage, and too large will damage the machine.

When using the chamber filter press, the filter plate cannot be turned on when the number is less than the specified, which is easy to damage the parts of the chamber filter press. Before adding materials, check whether the filter plates are arranged neatly and whether the filter cloth is folded. Once these phenomena occur, they must be handled immediately to avoid leakage.

The filtration pressure and temperature must be strictly controlled within the specified range. There must be no debris in the suspension when adding materials.
