We can solve such usage problems from the following reasons.

1. filter cloth was placed incorrectly. There are many reasons why the filter chamber cannot be sealed. We need to start with a simple approach and surround the filter chamber to see if there are wrinkles or incomplete edges on the filter cloth. Due to the fact that the structure of the filter chamber is made up of filter plates and filter cloth interpenetrating each other and subjected to strong pressure, the filter plates are generally not prone to problems, and the remaining filter cloth is used. Sealing should be formed between the hard filter plates, which plays a crucial role in the filter cloth. The wrinkling or incomplete nature of the filter cloth can easily cause gaps between the filter plates, and the natural filter chamber will not form a seal.

2. Insufficient pressure. The filter plate and filter cloth must be subjected to strong pressure in order to achieve a closed filter chamber structure. When this pressure is insufficient, the pressure applied to the filter plate is less than the pressure of the filter liquid, and the natural filter liquid will naturally be able to penetrate through the gaps.

3.Deformation or damage of the three filter plates. When the edge of the filter plate is damaged, even if it is slightly raised, even if one side is frequently worn, and it comes into contact with other filter plates, regardless of the pressure, the formed filter chamber will also penetrate. We can judge this based on the situation of the leakage point. Due to the damage of the filter plate, the penetration is generally relatively large, and there may even be spraying.
