The Filter Press Sounds Wrong, Why Is It?

 

The filter press uses a special filter medium to exert a certain pressure on the object to cause the liquid to dialyze out. It is a commonly used solid-liquid separation equipment. It is used in chemical production and is still widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, dye, food, brewing, ceramics and environmental protection industries.

 

The filter plate has stable performance, easy operation, safety and labor saving; the metal pressing barrel is processed by seamless steel pipe and precision-casting of plastic steel filter plate, which is resistant to high temperature, high pressure and durable.

1. The motor of the filter press is aging, and the heavy load has overwhelmed the equipment;

2. Damage to the high-pressure oil pump. The pressure oil pump is usually a plunger pump. If the hydraulic oil is abnormal or is old, it will cause damage to the plunger;

3. There will be some differences in the couplings when the hydraulic station is installed. If the couplings are not installed correctly, the motor will swing too much and the load will increase.

 

The above three aspects are the reasons why the filter press may produce abnormal sounds.
