Introduction:
WSC type horizontal screen sedimentation centrifuge is a solid-liquid separation equipment for continuous processing of materials. The coal slurry enters the spiral body through the feed pipe, and then is distributed into the rotating drum through the discharge port of the spiral body. Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid particles in the coal slurry quickly settle on the inner wall of the drum, and the water and fine particles are discharged from the overflow of the large end of the drum, which is the centrifugal liquid; the coal particles settled on the inner wall of the drum are conveyed by the screw When it reaches the filtering section, it is dehydrated again through the filtering section and discharged from the discharge port at the small end of the drum, which is the dehydrated product. The centrifuge continuously produces two products: dehydrated product and centrifugal liquid. The filtrate that passes through the screen can be re-entered into the centrifuge for processing as recycled material.
